Resolutions

Village Board resolutions are formal actions considered and voted on by the Board of Trustees during public meetings. Resolutions are used to conduct Village business, authorize projects and expenditures, approve contracts and agreements, adopt policies, and guide municipal operations.

Resolutions may be introduced by the Mayor, a Trustee, or the Village Manager as part of the public meeting process.
