Berkeley Green Public Restroom Cleaning Services

The Village of Saranac Lake is seeking quotes from qualified contractors to provide daily cleaning, sanitizing, restocking, and inspection services for the public restrooms located at Berkeley Green in downtown Saranac Lake.
Services will be provided seven (7) days per week, including weekends and holidays, for the contract term of July 1, 2026, through October 1, 2026.
The selected contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, supervision, equipment, cleaning supplies, and consumable materials necessary to maintain the restrooms in a clean, sanitary, and safe condition.
Required services include:
- Daily cleaning and sanitizing of restroom facilities
- Restocking of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and other consumable supplies
- Trash removal and replacement of liners
- Graffiti removal, as needed
- Inspection of fixtures and reporting of maintenance or safety concerns
Quotes will be evaluated based on responsiveness, qualifications, and the ability to meet the Village's requirements.
