Although there are plenty of great places to go for ice cream in Saranac Lake, some seasonally open, others open year-round, there is one historically notorious spot that attracts visitors to the region. Donnelly's is well-known for its delicious and picture-perfect soft ice cream, served daily from Memorial Day until the stores run out after Labor Day.
