Village Board Meetings are held the second and fourth Monday of each month at 5:30pm. Additional meetings may be held as needed. Contact the clerk at clerk@saranaclakeny.gov or 518-891-4150 ext. 202 with any questions. 

 

The agenda for each Village Board meeting is posted the Friday before the meeting. Included in the meeting agenda is a link to access the meeting electronically via Webex, if you do not want to attend the meeting in person. The meetings are run with a public comment period, which gives anyone the opportunity to address the Board. Individual public comment is limited to 2.5 minutes and may be shortened by the meeting chairperson. The Village Board Meetings work to address routine business, and special board action items. A public hearing is meant to encourage resident comment and the expression of opinion, not a direct debate, nor should a commentator be intimidated by a Village Board rebuttal.

 

**Please note- During the course of regular business, discussion and commentary is limited to board members and Village staff only. We ask for this courtesy, for the Board and staff to conduct their business and discussion without interruption. All Village Board members and staff are available after the conclusion of a meeting for one on one discussion.
