Why I Live Here

The Development Board is a group of professionals in related fields that come together to review larger or more complex residential and commercial projects in the Village. The Board works together to make a decision on project proposals and grant or deny approvals. The Development Board will meet on the first Tuesday of every month starting at 5pm. The meeting is open to the public and usually runs about 1 hour. 

The agenda for each Development Board meeting is posted no later than the Thursday before the meeting. To view the agenda, please visit the Documents and Forms page. The project materials for each project on the agenda are available on the Planning and Development Board page.
