Why I Live Here

The Development Board is a group of professionals in related fields that come together to review larger or more complex residential and commercial projects in the Village. The Board works together to make a decision on project proposals and grant or deny approvals. The Development Board will meet on the first and third Tuesday of every month starting at 6pm. The meeting is open to the public and usually runs about 1 hour. 

The agenda for each Development Board meeting is posted no later than the Thursday before the meeting. To view the agenda, please visit our Documents and Forms page. The current projects for this meeting will be posted on the Planning and Development Board page.  Look to the right of the page under 'Current Projects.'
