DPW to Begin Hydrant Flushing
Monday (5/11) through Wednesday (5/13)
8AM - 3PM
The Village of Saranac Lake DPW will be flushing fire hydrants starting on Monday and continuing through Wednesday between the hours of 8AM and 3PM. The DPW will be starting in the Park Ave. area on Monday, River St. area on Tuesday, and Lake St. area on Wednesday.
Residents are to expect low water pressure as well as discolored water for a short period of time. Residents may have to run their water for 5 minutes or until the water becomes clear, whichever comes first. Anyone with questions pertaining to the hydrant flushing may call the DPW at (518)891-4160.
