Why I Live Here

The Development Board is a group of professionals in related fields that come together to review larger or more complex residential and commercial projects in the Village. The Board works together to make a decision on project proposals and grant or deny approvals. The Development Board will meet on the first Tuesday of every month starting at 6pm. The third Tuesday of every month will be used if necessary for an additional meeting time. The meeting is open to the public and usually runs about one hour. 

The agenda for each Development Board meeting is posted no later than the Thursday before the meeting. Included in the agenda is a link to access the meeting online via Zoom and the option to dial in to a meeting with a phone. To view the agenda, please visit our Documents and Forms page.
